We work mostly 810 hour days 5 days a week, but in the business you have to be ready to go take care of emergencies almost at any time.
Week end work is not scheduled.
I can work with the right parttime help and flexible hour options, dependent on the work load.

Compensation: 8 dollars for starting helpers, much more for the right experience principals only.
